Founded in 2002, Leonard Property is a business with a difference: we provide a range of property services that spans major residential refurbishment and construction project management services, through to providing a 24 / 7 property maintenance service to our residential & commercial customers.
Richard Leonard, the founder, wanted to change the perception of constructors and develop a property business that worked in partnership with his customers. As a project manager with over 30 years industry experience, he wanted to develop a collaborative partnership, putting open and honest communication at the core of that relationship.
